Tim Booth is an independent caravan security consultant. He spent thirty years in policing, nearly twenty of them alongside the caravan industry. Today he advises site and storage owners and establishes the true identity of caravans and motorhomes. He also trains insurers, dealers and police officers.

Who Tim is

A career spent on both sides of caravan crime

Tim set the company up in May 2007 after thirty years with Lincolnshire Police. He retired as the force’s senior crime reduction officer.

For many years he worked with the National Caravan Council and the two national caravan clubs. He also served as Leisure Vehicles Officer at NAVCIS. He has since left NAVCIS. These days he works as an independent caravan security consultant retained by Datatag ID Limited.
